write a good and working setup.py script. figure out how to handle incubator in that.
What do you mean with incubator? I couldn't find anything related to that.
Apart from the fact that setup.py uses setuptools (the Django core devs don't seem to like it much, and Guido doesn't either) it seems to be fine?
