When using Wayland, Stacer doesnt come to foreground if bringing up from Task Tray

If you enable the option to put Stacer in the task tray and then click it to bring up its menu and select e.g. Dashboard then the resulting Stacer window will not appear in the foreground.

This only happens in Ubuntu's Wayland not the otther one.

What is happening is if any other app window has the foreground focus and then you go to the task tray to tell Stacer to pop up then Stacer doesnt seem to be correctly figuring out how to be the foreground window so it appears behind the existing foreground window.

Try this:

1. Put Stacer in the task tray area
2. bring a terminal window
3. Bring up a file window
4. Go back to the terminal window (its the foreground window now)
5. Go the Stacer via task tray, click it, select "Dashboard"
6. Stacer dashboard window will appear behind the Terminal window instead of in front of it.
