Twitter embedding is breaking Mastodon links in the content

The twitter embedding plugin I use attempts to convert any string that looks like a Twitter username into a Twitter link... even if that string is inside an href.
The right fix here is going to be to fork the embed-tweet plugin, sadly, and fix that by using the DOM for reals. 🐀 🕳️
