Based on what we learn from @ato when addressing oduwsdl/raintale#30 we need to do the same for Hypercane.

Based on our conversation during Monday's meeting, it appears that Docker is probably best because it provides a stable environment from which to manage dependencies.

We clearly decided to go with RPM and DEB installers after similar success with Raintale and MementoEmbed.
