Prepare for Casper 2.0

Make separate branch release/2.0.0 and port code to match casper-node's feat-2.0. It should include:
- new native event
- RPC changes in livenet
- NCTL-based CI tests
Test it against public testnet.
TODO:
- publish updated version of https://github.com/odradev/casper-contract-schema
- publish updated version of https://github.com/make-software/casper-event-standard
- Check compatibility of AddressableEntity's main purse with Odra contract's main purse
- Implement odra rpc client for livenet
