v16: Accounting Internal Transfer Journal Entry Cancelling Issue

Steps to reproduce:
Create an Internal transfer in the accounting module with $10 and Post. Reset to draft the Internal Transfer and change the amount to $20.
Current behavior:
Currently, resetting the internal transfer to draft doesn't change the Destination Journal Entry. That entry remains same as first time it got posted with amount $10.

There are no issue like this i have check on odoo 16 version

You create an Internal Transfer under the accounting module and confirm it.
After you confirm, you will notice that internal transfer creates a counterpart document for transfer from one journal to the other.
However, if you Reset to Draft then the counterpart document is still in the posted form only. Moreover, if you change the amount then you will find discrepancy in the accounts.
