After inputing add-file some examples *pcap files in ubuntu1604 console and Windows WSLv2 console. it seems as if dead:) I'm curious about nothing happened. I dont know how to solve this trouble.

did you run the command that described at the installation section?
find /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu -type f | grep libpcap | head -1 | xargs -i sudo ln -s {} /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpcap.so
