Wouldn't it be nice to have a section that describes 3rd party dependencies and libraries' details?

Add 2 sections.
- Services
- Name
- URL
- Purpose
- Setup Instructions
- Libraries
- Name
- URL
- Purpose
Describe alternatives you've considered
Custom Section, not a good match!
Tech Stack section can include services and libraries. But It's not flexible enough to provide informations like purpose and additional notes about setup. Good idea!
