Request: Rename "Offline" indictor to "Not Logged in"

Thunderforge opened this issue · comments

Today, I spent about half an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't see any public games. After trying a lot of things, I noticed the "Offline" indicator in the bottom right corner. I double-checked my computer was on wi-fi, I turned off firewalls, and I even restarted my router. Then I found the diagnostics and was really confused to find that it said I could connect to the internet!

It was only after posting on Discord that someone told me it wasn't that my computer was offline (i.e. I was not connected to the internet), but that I needed to log in on the OCTGN page.

Therefore, I think it would be better to change the indicator from "Offline" to "Not Logged In". This will avoid misleading the user into thinking they are not connected to the internet (as I did) and instead more directly tell them what the problem is.

Even better would be to make it so if you click on "Not Logged In", it goes to the login screen. Right now, clicking on "Offline" does nothing.
