Make <<docversion>> redirect to the current wiki.

Currently, when the version is changed, the visitor is redirected to VERSION/index.html whatever page he's on. Change this so that if for instance, the current page is lwt/3.1.0/api/Lwt.html, changing to 3.3.0 redirects to lwt/3.3.0/api/Lwt.html instead of lwt/3.3.0/index.html.
