Create Photography Page

Will be different than the other category layouts:
- Will need to have an archive/category listing of posts
- Also should contain some kind of static portfolio of nice looking images.
Completed the basics for the photography page:
- Added include for the daily photo challenge so that it'll be pretty
- Still needs work on content
