@brey @saeed-moghimi-noaa, I tried creating a new release for stormevents after fixing some bugs, but I think the token used for creating release is still @zacharyburnett's and it doesn't work. I need admin access to add my token to create a new release.

Hey! I got your @ ping, and I see there are several recent issues that I didn't notice in this repo, sorry! I gave you Admin access, let me know if you need anything else. I'll also work on updating to use typepigeon's new API.
It seems that the https://github.com/xresloader/upload-to-github-release action was never tested. It fails due to the missing setting in the yaml file. I'll do another pull request for it. It seems I don't need to set the GITHUB_TOKEN, it's an automatic token created by GitHub (?).
