Creates a transaction list component follow this figma handoff

This component is very specific, I don't see your usage in other blu's applications like "rep 1000".
I think this component must be considered as a specialized component (our business component) and its location should be in the application that makes use of it.
Yeah but it will be used by most of the teams. I prefer to create a specific library for "Rep 1000", for example.

there is an area in pagnet front and called shared components for those that are used from all teams.
we need a better argument to have this component here, if we don't have we should close this issue.
But shouldn't we use the components straight from the Ocean libs instead of having this Shared area?
not for those components that are exclusive of Pagnet, like Elton said the only use of this is in pagnet and not in other projects, this is a DS not a shared components folder from pagnet.
Ok, lemme think about it. I guess it's a matter of how is the libs are structured: Core, Rep and Suppliers, App...
Maybe we should have a Digital Account lib? idk yet
whats is the use of this lib for a person who doesn't work at Blu?
I don't think we should do this component, I think the ocean is not the place for it.

I change my mind about this, I still think Ocean is not the place for it, but I preferer to do it here than Pagnet, and if in the future we found a better place we move to it.
