Possible typo on the documentation page of `obspy.signal.rotate.rotate_ne_rt`

On its documentation page: https://docs.obspy.org/packages/autogen/obspy.signal.rotate.rotate_rt_ne.html
the inputs of the obspy.signal.rotate_rt_ne() are shown as the north and east components, which should be the radial and transverse components instead.
