Collapse long strings

This is becoming a higher priority in my personal wishlist: right now notebook-inspector shows untruncated strings always, even if they're gigantic. This is bad behavior in my opinion, and we should truncate and make strings expandable/collapsible like we do with Array and Object values.
Also on my wishlist! Right now, it makes scraping web pages quite unpleasant...
