"Download HTML" in cell menu for HTML nodes

I'd like to export html cells from the cell menu.
Describe the solution you'd like
when you open the cell menu, as you have the option "Download PNG" would be nice to have "Download HTML".
Describe alternatives you've considered
The best solution so far is by using my_cell.outerHTML as suggested in this thread: https://talk.observablehq.com/t/export-html-node/8986
