Make it possible to search people you follow and official accounts

I currently have a custom search shortcut to look for people I follow and official documentation:

whatever (author:@mbostock OR author:@Fil OR author:@tophtucker OR author:@mootari OR author:visnup OR owner:@d3 OR owner:@observablehq)

I wish I could just do something like:

whatever following:true official:true
