Combined ontology is inconsistent due to Allen partonomy breaking spatial disjointness constraints in Uberon
e.g.
Fixing this feels like low priority - but might be worth stripping disjoints so that we can take advantage of normalization with Robot.
All inconsistency fixed by removing single disjointness axiom above.
However - seems reasonable to just add a general disjointness stripping step to the Makefile.
