Oversight Version: 2.1.5
macOS: Ventura 13.3

Upgraded to the latest Ventura version, 13.3 (released March 2023) and no longer receiving any notifications from Oversight application. Was working fine on previous Ventura version.

Same issue since I updated to 13.3.

Killed process, re-ran it. Still no notifications. Uninstalled - reinstalled (v2.1.5) - allow notifications.

Tried with FaceTime, Photo Booth, and Zoom - nothing.

Thanks for the bug report!
Can repo and confirm that on macOS 13.3, Apple removed the system logging messages OverSight was using to identify that responsible process (for mic/webcam access) 😀

Looking for an alternate approach to restore functionally (while still awaiting an official/Apple supported way to accomplish this).

Thank you for your patience πŸ™πŸ½

Just pushed a new release that (at least for the camera) restores compatibility for macOS 13.3: https://github.com/objective-see/OverSight/releases/tag/v2.1.6

Please let me know if you notifications still aren't appearing πŸ™πŸ½

That was quick, appears to work now. Thank you!

Looking forward to the next minor OS release where these events may be logged instead to yet another different subsystem. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

I just discovered this issue, but only because I checked for open issues.
I am running 2.1.5 and when I check for update I get 'Installed version (2.1.5) is the latest'.
