Power via something else than batteries

How do we use the PewPew continously by our desks...? This is getting useful, and switching battery once a day will very soon be very annoying :)
Dream: PewPew uses USB cable power directly from PC.
2nd best: Document how to wire cables in order to draw power from some other USB cable or other power source.
I also want some more permanent power source - https://pewpew.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pewpew10/hardware.html#the-12-pin-connector shows that you can also connect power via - / + pins. Seems like a good little project in my local hacker space with some folks that know their way around a soldering iron better than me :)
