How to get a good effect with your myself photo？

With my own picture，I can't get a good result in Pose2Face.ipynb or Face2Face_UnwrapMosaic.ipynb.
Do I need some pre-processing for getting the good source ？like mtcnn？
You should make sure that the crop is similar to the training data (maybe this can be useful for you: #17 (comment)).
I want to obtain the pre-trained network file (in .pth format) for X2Face, who can help meeee!
