Permission controls in app settings not accessible with Island 6.3 (6.0.5 works, again)

Basically, if I go to Settings -> apps -> some_app_in_work_profile -> permissions it goes no-where (the tap happens but UI does not open)
However the core "permissions manager" facility works about fine (if I go permissions manager -> check a permission -> choose permission for same some_app_in_work_profile then it works
as usual version 6.0.5 is doing surprisingly fine by not having this issue.
i'm having same problem, phone is motorolla stylus 5g 2023 on android 14, please fix it thanks
