V6.3 playstore login with same account as mainland

Since Version 6.3 it is not possible to login to playstore ( island side ) with the same account used on the mainland, "the account is already used on this device"
Installed the V6.2.1 apk from github, its working fine there
Any advice?
From my experiences, this only occurred on my Android 14 device. On my Android 13 device the work profile play store supports same Google account login.
