flash taskbar window on errors / warnings?

Splitting this from Issue #14
Should we provide the option to flash the window in the tray on error or notification? Assuming I was working in a text editor and pressed "save" and saw the flashing, if I fixed the error and pressed "save" before bringing focus back to the compiler app I would expect the flashing to stop once the error had been fixed.
My gut feel is that this isn't really necessary; desktop notifications and Mac dock bounce should probably be sufficient if the user wants to be notified when there is a problem.
Also related to Issue #51
After using Cuttle for a while with the desktop notifications working I don't think this is necessary.
