Noisy Warnings

Every time I open a new file with it, I get a Warning message in my terminal like:
WARNING: Loading FXML document with JavaFX API of version 8.0.65 by JavaFX runtime of version 8.0.60
Could/should these be silenced?
I think you just need to your JDK installation to the latest update. If that doesn't work, please let me know.
