Sponsor Logistics - Table of Contents Simplification

Hi, looking at the table of contents, it looks too long. Would like to simplify it in the following ways:
- remove all 2nd headers/bullets
- Change "Organization Logo Requirements" to "Organization Logo Requirements and Usage"
- Change "Program Advertisement Requirement" to "OAC Program Ad Requirement"
- Change "Career Fair via Brazen" to "Career Fair via Brazen - Resources and Trainings"
