shtml 文件及本地sinclude 的问题

目前新建的page 只能是html，手动把它后缀改成shtml 编译时也不会被解析，希望改进下，使得新建page 时类型可选shtml 文件，以及本地服务器增加处理sinclude 语句的能力，以方便本地开发调试。
