Lost changes adter saving the documents

Dear Sir,
Based on what I know, Integrated Content Editor (or ICE for short) is a lightweight, open source solution that allows multiple users to edit online text while tracking all changes made to the document. I have download the source and integrated into our LMS which uses TinyMCE as the page editor. I can track (accept or reject) the changes while I am editing the document. I cannot accept/reject any changes after I saved the document. I wonder if the ICE's tracking function can provide the real time collaborative editing and tracking changes like the Google Docs or I need to set some options before it can provide the real time collaborative editing.
