Preserve/Protect Specific Areas while perform delete operation in the document.

Hello,
I'm using this awesome plugin and it's working nicely.
I need for modifications in the plugin, in my case i wand to Protect some areas in the document,
Let's suppose we have a div with class name "toc" , in this case i want it not to be deleted by ICE.
How can i do this?
Please share any hint, any Idea you got.
