Is there an up to date TinyMCE plugin anywhere?

Hi,

We're using TinyMCE 3.x and are experiencing a few bugs with the editor (one causes edited text to be wrapped in a span and styled green?)

We've noticed that the code within Github has a lot of changes compared to that which is bundled within the 0.5.0 release. However the release appears to be an amalgamation of all of the source files so whilst we can try and diff them all into one updated file I was wondering if there was a new release of the current source planned soon?
