Jquery UI - TinyMCE with ice plugin

Hi,

Please help to fix the below error. I use the tinymce 3.xx editor in Jquery-ui dialog. everything works fine except when I add ice plugin. Below is the error I got

Uncaught NotFoundError: An attempt was made to reference a Node in a context where it does not exist. ice-master.min.js:6

This might have something to do with the version of jQuery you are using. For a quick test, can you downgrade your jQuery a version or two and try to replicate?
