Changes are not reflecting in bundle.js after changing the files

I am building the code using

npm run rebuild

I have not done any changes in package.json file

please help me how to make changes in files and build them so that it start reflecting in bundle.js file .. let me know what all information you want & what I am missing.

Even if I delete my node_modules, everything works fine.. I don't understand what is happening please someone guide me.

Issue got resolved.. Maybe some problem was there so pulled fresh code n it was working fine after configrations.
