Can I ask the license of this project's " cases-by-day.csv" data?

I want to reconstruct this dataset for research purposes without modification of numeric numbers.
I want to use "cases-by-day.csv" for our research (https://github.com/nychealth/coronavirus-data/blob/master/trends/cases-by-day.csv)!

May I freely use the data from your project? Please, tell me the license of the data. (the types of license (copyright) listed below)
