now-weekly-breakthrough.csv: Definition of "Unvaccinated" & where do partially vaxxed show up here?

Hi I would love some clarification on where partially vaccinated cases/hospitalizations/deaths show up in the "now-weekly-breakthrough.csv" file. It's clear from the definitions they are not included in either of the Vaccinated categories but I am uncleaer if they would then be included in the Unvaccinated category based on stated definition? Thanks so much for all you do!
Definitions from site:
""Vaccinated" means people age 5 and over who are fully vaccinated at the time of case diagnosis: 14 days after the administration of the 2nd dose in a 2-dose series, or after the administration of a single-dose vaccine.
"Vaccinated, boosted" means people age 5 and over who have received a booster dose at the time of case diagnosis: 14 days after the administration of a booster dose following completion of their primary series (≥150 days for a 2-dose vaccine; ≥60 days for a single-dose vaccine).
"Unvaccinated" means people age 5 and over with no record of vaccination status."
Hi there, As you noted, those who are partially vaccinated are not included in either vaccination category and we do not have a partially vaccinated category. We exclude those who are partially vaccinated from these data, including the denominators.
