Create P01 parameter codes for imposex monitoring measured variables and derived indices (BODCNVS-1232)

This is needed as part of our work on converting Quadrige parameters to BODC PUV. The datasets contain:
Vas Deference Sequence Index and Relative Penis Size Index in gastropods. We will add Relative Penis Length Index as well to complete the set and avoid later confusion in understanding the difference between RPSI and RPLI
We will create a sequence of P01 codes for the dogwhelk (Nucella lapillus).

@gwemon are these P01 terms to be created for both Gastrapoda (AphiaID: 101) and specifically for Nucella lapillus (AphiaID: 140403)? Or only for Nucella lapillus?
Hi @roswri only Nucella lapillus for the time being because I believe this is the reference species for these kinds of measurements. "Gastropoda" is too generic. On the other hand if the data are destined to OBIS then we might, in the future, need to create codes with S25 set to "biological entity specified elsewhere".
