These Jupyter notebooks provide ways to quickly process large files containing metagenome- and metagenome-assembled genome (MAG) data, including sequence depth (coverage) values, longitudinal data, functional annotations, etc. Some of them also provide visualizations (eg heat maps) for these types of raw data.
