Include description with text object in docs

It's not clear what the text objects actually select without having to test them all first-hand. It would be useful to have descriptions alongside each textobject (both inner and outer) to describe their function.

Even better, an example from a language to show what it selects. Or even better, an example per language, though it'd be a bit of an undertaking.
