Feature request: Display the status of the plugin

While browsing telescope plugins, I came across telescope-lazy.nvim and saw that they are displaying the state of each plugin (start/lazy).

I think this would be a great add to this plugin instead of displaying the first line of the README (which, unfortunately, most of the time isn't really meaningful/useful). The idea would be to integrate the :PackerStatus command in the info displayed.
