New Feature: Swap seam/sharp edges operator

Feature request described in https://blender.community/c/rightclickselect/1wfbbc/
This feature is already realized by another add-on (https://github.com/vitos1k/pipelinetools/blob/master/invert_seams.py).
I think this feature should not be included to Magic UV because this feature is not directly related to UV manipulation.
So, close this issue for now.
