remove postie support?

Is someone still using e-mail posting? I haven't used it for ages, mainly
because I never knew what
it would do to my subject line or images.
Should we just for future maintainability's sake completely remove the feature?
Asked Jaska if he's using it. AFAIK no one else is using it.
