Make the site XHTML compatible

Heh, just noticed our HTML isn't quite up to snuff. The W3C validator goes gaga 
and gives 
something like 150 errors. Mostly missing closing tags for images and so on.

I'm working on this already.

Ok wasn't too bad, most of the errors were from saasta_print_post_header() 
missing a closing tag in two places. Revision 158 fixes everything _possible_ - 
all the video embed codes aren't XHTML compatible so nothing we 
can do about those.
