Spam filter for the feedback form

Amazingly, the first spams dropped into our inbox *one day* after enabling
the new form.  Who would've thought.

We should implement a simple JavaScript-based spam filter, which
essentially asks the user "Are you a spammer" and lets correctly answering
users into the form.

Implemented a naive test that should stop the simplest spammers in r130.

Will close after a couple of days if this has indeed stopped spam.
