saasta-stats page & make stats accessible via xmlrpc

We should make the saasta-stats page available on saasta. It probably already
is, but we should
choose whose stats module to use.
In addition to this, we should rip out all the "data model" parts of it and jot
them into some other
php file. With this, we could implement our own XML-RPC API for accessing
stats.
I know this sounds like a bit too carrier grade, but as it happened, I have
this very nice OCaml
program that can talk to our blog via XML-RPC. I could make it talk to our own
stats module and
we could use this program to update all our stats in our tracking spreadsheets.
Mikko, can you add your stats module into SVN and test that it works? I can
take care of the XML-
RPC part.

This doesn't seem too useful after all. Mikko, did you have some stats to
implement
or should we just go with the stuff we gather per quarter?
