Track bugs and usability issues with Arabic in popular software

Commonly used software, websites, and web apps often have various issues that affect Arabic-speaking users. Those issues should be noted and discussed to raise awareness.
For example, the search input in google.com?hl=en does not change to RTL when entering Arabic text.
I've registered arabicneedslove.com for this purpose, and created a repo. I propose that GitHub issues is used for this, and that arabicneedslove.com just uses GitHub's API to display top issues.
