Tab rows scrolling speed

Hi.
Tab rows scroll too fast when I use mouse wheel (by ~three rows per one scroll).
Changing "mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y" from 100 to 50 in "about:config" helps, but it's too slow for browsing.
Is it possible to make it a bit slower?

This does not happen on macOS with a Magic Mouse or the built in MacBook Pro trackpad. Scrolling is perfectly smooth on both.
