Create chart of error rate vs. theta value. Should be able to plot all of the parameter sets on the same chart.

• Start with 1 million trials
• w' (w_x) between min(20, theta) and 60
• w between 1.5 and 3 times w'
• n between 1000 and 50,000
• M is 1
