Lag between skeletal animation and skinning update

There is a delay between the skeletal animation playback, and the skinned mesh update (very noticeable in the multiple anims demo).

Cause(?): time delay between skeleton animation called on the ci::timeline loop, and the render mesh calls in draw()?
