Creation of a new common function GW on the Smart Data Platform

We have a project where we are using Terraform to manage materials on the Smart Data Platform.
Currently, we would like to create a new "common function GW" for Smart Data Platform in our existing tenant environment, and we are thinking of creating a new one in Terraform.

I found the following page, and it seems that "common_function_pool_id" needs to be specified to create a common function GW.

If I create a new common function GW, which value should I refer to for "common_function_pool_id"?

Is it possible to create a new common function gateway in Terraform?
If possible, I would like to know how to create it.
