Icon for "Add cell above" has arrow pointing down, which is confusing.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a notebook
- In a code cell, click on the cell menu
Expected behavior
Icon for "Add cell above" should have arrow pointing up.
