[Deprecated] update nteract-on-jupyter on PyPI

https://pypi.org/project/nteract-on-jupyter/
The package on PyPI is 2.1.3 which was uploaded on July 2019.
I think the latest version is 2.15.0.

Could you update nteract-on-jupyter package?

I tried to build it myself, but I found it not that easy. (fontdata.js error)

@rmekdma We haven't published the nteract-on-jupyter app in a while since the plan at the moment is to deprecate it in favor of the new web app. We phased out publishing to PyPI as part of this.

are you solve the problem?

@captainsafia how would one deploy the nteract web app talking to a Jupyter server at this point? We've included nteract_on_jupyter in the Binder environment and are looking at removing it due to this deprecation (jupyterhub/repo2docker#1259), but I don't see what the new way to do this is. If it's something like thebe where the UI is not part of the repo but hosted elsewhere, then removing it from the image is the right thing to do! I don't see an example of that, though. I'd like to have something to point to for nteract + Binder if that can still work.

As a maintainer that effectivley went into hibernation after my youngest son was born and then we got hit with the full pandemic... I'll go ahead and say it's ok to call it fully deprecated and to remove it from binder. Thank you so much for including it all this time.

@captainsafia and I are going to regroup with some of the other nteract maintainers to help chart a course because various folks are using pieces (and contributing!). We'll try to make this all more clear. Thank you!
